About
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development and a Masters of Science degree in Counseling, both from Cal State East Bay. After completing 3,000 face-to-face counseling hours and passing two state exams, I became a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
As a working woman, a wife and a mother of two adult children, I understand the challenges of day-to-day living. My life experiences, combined with my counseling education and skills give me the necessary tools to create a safe inviting environment, one in which you can safely examine your life and make the changes you want and need.
